Oven Roasted Chicken Legs
8-10 Chicken Legs (Thawed)
4 Large Carrots Peeled and Chopped into 2in. pieces
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. water or chicken stock
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
In a medium Dutch Oven place carrots an onions on bottom, pour water/chicken stock over.
Set chicken legs on top (some might be in the water/chicken stock this is fine!).
Sprinkle seasonings over chicken. Place lid Dutch Oven.
Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 350◦F.
