Chewy Peanut Butter Bars

Yield: About 12 Bars


3 cups of regular candy corn
1 1/2 cups of creamy peanut butter
chocolate for coating


Measure out peanut butter first!
Spray or butter a 9 x 13 cake pan.

Place candy corn in a microwave safe glass bowl.
Melt for about 2 1/2 minutes at 30 second intervals, stirring between times.
After candy corn is melted stir thoroughly and add peanut butter.
Mix well and quick! The candy will begin to solidify. Don't freak out! Just keep mixing until peanut butter is well combined. Spread/press into buttered cake pan and allow to cool.
(Do not need to place in refrigerator).

Cut into 3 inch bars and coat in melted chocolate. Allow chocolate to set.
